Useful Information About Delivery

SF Print Hub offers local pickup, local delivery, and worldwide shipping on eligible products.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through Jamaica Post to available destinations.

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package size/weight, and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by their country.

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination, Jamaica Post processing, the destination country’s postal service, and customs clearance. Once an order has been shipped, SF Print Hub is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

Snow Globe Products: Due to the liquid contents and the increased risk of leakage, damage, or breakage during international transit, snow globe cups, tumblers, mugs, and other snow globe products are not available for worldwide shipping. These items are available for local delivery or pickup in Jamaica only.

Processing Times

We aim to process and ship regular orders within 2–7 business days after full payment has been confirmed, unless a different production time is stated on the product listing.

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available, based on your location and selected shipping method.

Pickup Orders

Orders selected for self-pickup must be collected on the agreed date and time. If you are unable to collect your order as scheduled, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control. SF Print Hub is not responsible for delays caused by Jamaica Post, international postal services, courier companies, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Rush Orders

If you require faster production, a rush service fee starting at JMD $2,500 may apply depending on the order and timeframe requested.

The rush fee covers priority handling and expedited production only. It does not include express shipping or delivery charges, which may be charged separately.

Rush orders must be approved in advance. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether your requested timeframe can be accommodated.

Pre-Order Shipping Information

Pre-order items generally take approximately 1–2 weeks to be produced and prepared for shipping, although some orders may be completed sooner.

Once your pre-order is ready, you will receive an order status update followed by tracking information once the package has been shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. This allows you to pay one shipping fee for the complete order.

If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Payment

We accept available payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and other supported online payment services.

Full payment is required before any order is processed or production begins.
